項目概況:
南京萬悅城項目處于高淳新區(qū)核心區(qū)，總體量約為10萬平米左右，我司從項目區(qū)位和基礎(chǔ)條件出發(fā)，以娛樂業(yè)態(tài)為切入點以“趣味博物館”為包裝理念，進行整體包裝打造，形成了娛樂業(yè)態(tài)占總體量的40%，包含史前海洋、童夢天地、工業(yè)時代等特色主題區(qū)，真正提供了“吃喝玩樂住”一站式服務(wù)的“目的地”概念消費集散平臺。
The Nanjing Wanyue City project is located in the core area of Gaochun New District. The overall volume is approximately 100,000 square meters. We set out from the location and basic conditions of the project, taking the entertainment industry as the starting point and adopting the “fun museum” as the packaging concept to build the overall packaging. Formed 40% of the total volume of entertainment business, including prehistoric sea, children's dream world, the industrial era and other characteristic theme areas, truly provide a "stop eating, drinking and living" one-stop service "destination" concept of consumer distribution platform.
