項(xiàng)目概況:
該方案的構(gòu)思在阿特金斯方案的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)場(chǎng)地加以創(chuàng)造性的利用，使游客在這可住、可行、可游。同時(shí)依據(jù)原始紅線優(yōu)化了水公園與陸地公園的濱水駁岸線，及各大區(qū)塊的紅線范圍。同時(shí)也明確了水公園與陸公園的接入點(diǎn)等。
該方案以幾何螺旋形作為基本設(shè)計(jì)元素，以“出世、自在、極美、大同”為規(guī)劃出發(fā)點(diǎn)，以休閑、文化、歡樂、度假桃花源為主題，以中式風(fēng)格為主格調(diào)打造夢(mèng)幻極美的空間特色和唯美的空間形態(tài)，使該區(qū)域成為城市旅游的新名片。
該方案的特點(diǎn)在與低碳環(huán)保概念的引入，在充分把握游樂精神與文脈的基礎(chǔ)之上，從整體規(guī)劃的高度進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，使各個(gè)分區(qū)主題化鮮明，這些特色即尊重文化傳統(tǒng)與習(xí)俗，又在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)文化特色加以創(chuàng)造性的運(yùn)用。規(guī)劃注重高品質(zhì)與永續(xù)性的設(shè)計(jì)，高品質(zhì)體現(xiàn)在設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求層次高，以利于形成環(huán)境優(yōu)雅、主題鮮明、游樂氛圍濃厚的新型主題樂園。通過對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)夭牧?、植物的運(yùn)用，文化傳統(tǒng)的認(rèn)同、氣候條件的把握以及休閑環(huán)境的營(yíng)造同時(shí)各分區(qū)適當(dāng)?shù)膶?duì)土地進(jìn)行預(yù)留，努力打造一個(gè)沒有時(shí)間限制的概念設(shè)計(jì)。
This project innovatively uses the field based on ATKINS scheme so that the tourists can live, travel and play here. It also, according to the original red line, optimizes the waterfront revetment line of the waterfront parks and overland parks as well as the red line scope of each block. Besides, the access points of the waterfront parks and overland parks are specified.
This project creates very unique spatial characteristics and very beautiful spatial forms to make this area a new highlight of the city, with geometrical spirality as the basic design element.
The characteristic of this scheme is the introduction of low-carbon green. It is designed from the perspective of overall planning when the principle of amusement is fully followed, to make the theme of each area distinct. The themes include respect of traditional culture and custom as well as creative utilization of cultural characteristics based on this. Planning highlights high quality and sustainable design while high quality is reflected in high requirements for design standards with a view to forming a new theme park that enjoys elegant environment, distinctive theme, and strong recreation atmosphere. Each area will appropriately reserve land to try to design a concept with no time limit through use of the local materials and plant, recognition of traditional culture, knowledge of climatic conditions and creation of leisure environment.
